Who is having a feast for their Easter dinner today? Not me. I found some nice looking pork chops at the butcher shop. Why buy a whole ham when you can get similar flavor from chops? 
I also bought some sweet potatoes. I'm going to clean them, wrap them in foil, and bake them with the pork chops. I'm going to let everyone fix their sweet potatoes however they want to. I like mine with lots of butter and brown sugar. :chew:
