You could do it on an elliptical, but good on you. Do what works. :thumb: Hit my five mile mark again today. I'm going to keep on until it's easy then pick up the pace. I'd like to run a marathon again at some point.
Marathon is hard on your legs. I have learned my lesson.
Because I pushed my limit by doing cardio, legs up and down, side to side for one hour a day for a week, my knees started to swell up.
I know it is the same effect on jogging heel and toe movement.
I switched to landing whole feet instead of heel and toe. I am recovering from my aches by walking instead of jogging.
I am going back to jogging bare foot in a few days.
