And provides counter examples that lack of God in the public schools (or lack of Christian religion in the household), or public school eduction itseld is responsible for producing mass shooting/killing incidents, and that Christian homeschooling is a remedy.
The irony is that the Scripture teaches that prior to Christ dying on the Cross for man's sins, The Law (Ten Commandments, etc) had been meant to set off the very mis-behavior in man that it speaks out against.

Meaning that those calling for applying Israel's Law to a Gentile (pagan) nation's Laws and or its public school system, haven't a clue what they are actually calling for.
