Yes, Bob often mistakes improbable with impossible whenever it suits his purposes. But he is beating a dead horse. Because if we say that life arising from natural processes is improbable we need to consider the entire known universe. So far we have not found life anywhere else out there. So the scenario already does fit the model of improbability.
