Portland is the #1 most Godless city in the U.S.

Surprise, surprise: statistics show Portland is the most religiously-unaffiliated metro area in the United States.

About 42 percent of residents in the City of Roses and surrounding suburbs self-identify as religiously unaffiliated, according to a survey released this week by the Public Religion Research Institute.

There have been no mass tragedies (deaths above 25 in any single event) in Portland since its founding in 2/8/1851 - the most deaths in any single event was the Columbus Day Storm of 1962, which only killed ~12 in Portland:

It also has a really high quality of life and standard of living:

Forbes ranks it #3 best city for businesses and careers:

It is the only US city ranked in the top 25 in the world in quality of life surveys and rankings:

Violent crime is low for cities of this size (bottom 20%). It has much lower violent crime rate than the following bible belt cities
Memphis, TN
Nashville, TN
Atlanta, GA
Houston, TX
New Orleans, LA
Tulsa, OK
Wichita, KS
Oklahoma City, OK
Dallas, TX
Corpus Christi, TX
Mobile, AL
Louisville Metro, KY
Omaha, NE
Fort Worth, TX
San Antonio, TX

The mass shooting rate is far lower compared to other areas in the US:

It also has missions, churches, about 5 Christian Colleges and a couple of seminaries. I truly think Washington is worse off than Oregon. We are about 97% unchurched here. The population that would claim Christianity is probably high however, I haven't looked it up for awhile.

Remember/know this story? Genesis 18:20-33

I grew up in Portland. What most people in Portland mean by unaffiliated, is that they do not belong to any particular church. Most of Portland's crime comes from people who moved there from other states.

The states or areas with the highest crime rates are those with a high non-white population.

Portland's homeless drug and alcohol addiction problem is running rampant, just like every other US city that allows secular humanists to rule.

Portland is no different than Sodomy and Gonorrhea North (Seattle). Drug addicts shooting up in public (not even trying to hide it), doped up street people sleeping in doorways. Human waste and garbage everywhere.

American cities (the ones run by liberals) are giving 3rd world countries a run for their money.
