Not according to Scripture.

"And I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man, but to be in silence. For Adam was formed first, then Eve. And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived, fell into transgression."

Paul even backs up his statement with a reason. Why does he not grant women that permission? For/Because/Reason being that... Adam was formed first and so on. The reason is not cultural at all, unless of course you mean human culture. I realize in our pathetic gender-neutral generation, women have taken roles in everything from construction work to biotech engineering. And political correctness is constantly trying to blind us from the obvious differences between a man and a woman. But God is not dumb and He knows enough about male-female interactions to tell us not to have women teaching men.

Great post, :lucky:! :first:
