THE DEATH SONGS OF DAVID BOWIE.

Geez, did this guy court the limelight so much that his last days were to be caught up in so much bile? I guess Dali and any other "miscreant" artist is to be held 'above the coals' for their "deviancy" as well?

Bowie was a pretty much private man and expressed himself as and when he saw fit. Nowt like blowhards to condemn someone to suffering while being on their pompous high horse though eh?

What a surprise, no answer whatsoever to what's "sacrilegious, blasphemous, disturbing, anti-Christian, and sickening" in the video. Not even an attempt.

aCW's just thrashing around, spewing more of his his ongoing "hordes of homosexuals" fantasies. It's embarrassing.

Anyone want to take some bets on whether or not any of the Holy Rollers here will be able to answer what should be a simple explanation to the claim:

What is it that's "sacrilegious, blasphemous, disturbing, anti-Christian, and sickening" in the video?

And "pornographic"? What in the world do you find "pornographic" about the video? Some scarecrows? Seriously? What kind of weird things do you people fabricate in your minds?

If I may speak for "you people" zoo:

As shown in this post, one helluvalotta fags mourned over David Bowie's death.

http://www.theologyonline.com/forums/showpost.php?p=4582639&postcount=1357

If there were any indication, and I mean any indication that Bowie didn't HATE God like a good many of his mourners do, they would have disowned him while he was alive and spit on his grave at death.

Yeah, cos sitting on a high horse that 'transcends' the clouds and gobbing on someone's death is just soooooooo loving...

Well, they do seem to have active imaginations. I mean, apparently GM finds scary scarecrows "pornographic."

Seriously, why are you even asking this question zoo?

It's blatantly obvious that Bowie, or any other artist intends the most sickening slur on humanity if they dare circumvent any 'status quo'...which is a bit ironic as 'Status Quo' managed to do that while being popular and conforming to it...

Go figure.

What I find embarrassing is that David Bowie was a cross dressing faggot that never repented for his sins.

Holy Roller aCW raises his hand to answer the God HATER'S question (with a question) :

What does the 3 guys on crosses depict to you?

And "pornographic"? What in the world do you find "pornographic" about the video? Some scarecrows? Seriously? What kind of weird things do you people fabricate in your minds?

I didn't watch the entire video. I guess I'll leave that to another Holy Roller to answer that question widdle fella.

I'd ask you why you HATE God so much, but then I already know ;)

Bowie's 1976 album "Station to Station" was named after the Stations of the Cross. One of the songs on that album, called "Word On a Wing" contains the following lyrics:

Lord, I kneel and offer you
my word on a wing
And I'm trying hard to fit
among your scheme of things

It's safer than a strange land
But I still care for myself
And I don't stand in my own light
Lord, lord, my prayer flies
like a word on a wing

My prayer flies
like a word on a wing
Does my prayer fit in
with your scheme of things?

Bowie's 1976 album "Station to Station" was named...

During the sessions Bowie was heavily dependent on drugs, especially cocaine, and later claimed that he recalled almost nothing of the production.[1][2]...

Blending funk and krautrock, romantic balladry and occultism, Station to Station has been described as "simultaneously one of Bowie's most accessible albums and his most impenetrable..

You would be hard-pressed to name any rock acts from that era who didn't do drugs.

You'd also be hard pressed to find rock acts from that era who made such a concerted and successful effort to quit in the midst of it. His album Low was done when he was kicking his cocaine habit (1976). Bowie hasn't ever tried to hide his drug addiction during those years. He's described that period as the worst in his life, and he's consistently said he regrets ever doing drugs. Someone like aCW, in his weird fervor to dig up dirt on Bowie and root around like a pig in it will overlook that Bowie's been drug-free since the late 70's.

Oh, look! It's aCW's favorite rock band, the Eagles:

"They were the poster boys for cliched rock’n’roll hedonism, with no shame about hollering how much money they were making, drugs they were taking or groupies they were sleeping with." -- http://www.theguardian.com/music/2016/jan/19/glenn-frey-death-the-eagles-los-angeles-music

Of course, aCW is willing to give these good ole' boys a pass--if only because he digs their tunes. Bowie's? Perhaps not so much.

Anyway, this has gotten off track. I'm interested to hear an explanation of what in Bowie's Blackstar video is "sacrilegious, blasphemous, disturbing, anti-Christian, and sickening."

So far, not a peep.

I gotta admit I'm not a fan of that particular video myself--although I do think the song is well made.

Much of the imagery in that video is just too blah for my taste. Shirtless dudes with the shakes? Country bumpkins gyrating on crosses? No thanks, I'll pass.

I'm giving them a pass cuz they weren't faggots.

As I recall you were playing Bowie up to be some kind of Saint with one of his songs. Do Saints snort cocaine and sing about the occult?

Admit why you dig his songs, his wardrobe was just "faaaaaaaaaaaaabulous".

Nor did he try to hide his faggotry. Any sign that he repented and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior?

Based on the accolades he continually receives from God HATING secular humanists, it's pretty safe to say that ole Davy boy is spending eternity with Satan.

So dopery is fine in your book, just so long as the doper isn't gay?

Saint? Who's talking about saints? I'm talking about a musician.

It sure was:
