First: You're trying to change the subject away from the fact that Nick M. believes homosexuals and adulterers should be executed, while being outraged that another religion is executing them. He and more than a few of his coreligionists, including you, based on your yes vote in the "should homosexuals be executed" poll, would be fine with the executions as long as they were carried out under a Christian theocracy.

Second: I voted in 2016 to repeal the death penalty in California, so there's your answer. (The measure lost, 46% - 53%.)

Maybe I'm wrong and misread him, but I took Nick as saying the standard of God remains that homosexuals (and thieves, adulterers, extortioners, liars, etc) are still worthy of death even now, even though we are all under grace and He is not dispensing death at this time. I never noticed Nick saying governments should be carrying out capital punishment for homosexuals.

All rapists and child molesters? Hang them all.
