1,000 Syrian refugees to be flown daily to Canada

Posted by: CIJnews Editor November 13, 2015

Trudeau’s Liberal government reviewed on Thursday, November 12, the plan which is still undergoing development, to resettle 25,000 Syrian refugees in Canada till the end of the year.

Based on the government and media reports, the plan seems to contain the following components:

Identification – All refugees will be identified on site before arriving in Canada. 10,000 refugees have already applied to Canada.

Health checks will be conducted in the refugee-hosting countries. The government intends to restore the Interim Federal Health Program that provides limited and temporary health benefits to refugees and refugee claimants.

Security screening – Initial security checks will be conducted at phase one and completed after the refugees are already settled in Canada. Public Safety Minister Ralph Goodale affirmed that some security screening will be conducted on Canadian soil. “My officials are satisfied that, to the extent that there are security issues, that they can be properly managed within the frame that the government is considering, and that Canada can fulfil the objective of receiving and settling 25,000 refugees in an expeditious way,” Goodale said.

Transportation – Three daily flights out of Amman, Jordan will bring every day 1,000 Syrian refugees to Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton and the military base in Trenton, Ont. Air Canada offered its help in airlifting the Syrian refugees.

Sponsorship – The 25,000 Syrian refugees will be admitted through immediate government sponsorship and more refugees to be brought to Canada by private sponsors.

Integration – The refugees will stay 3 months in “Interim Lodging Sites” as part of the “community integration” process. 6,000 of them are expected to resettle in Quebec.

Where do the migrants come from?

The conflict in Syria continues to be by far the biggest driver of the migration. But the ongoing violence in Afghanistan, abuses in Eritrea, as well as poverty in Kosovo are also leading people to look for new lives elsewhere.
European Union has posted its latest statistics:

85,000 Afghanistan
62,000 Kosovo
55,000 Iraq
52,000 Albania
30,000 Pakistan
20,000 Eritrea
18,000 Nigeria
15,000 Serbia
14,000 Ukraine
________________

350,000 + "refugees" are NON-Syrian = < 66%
178,000 "refugees" alleged to be Syrian = < 34%

However, over half the "Syrian refugees" claiming to be Syrian have destroyed their passports and ID,
and refuse to be fingerprinted.

It is believed that the number of actual Syrians may only be about 15 % of the total number
of "refugee" claimants.

A significant majority of migrant "refugees" appear to be middle-class workers and familes from
a large number of non-European and non-Nato countries, including Turkey.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-34377798

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-34173252

Many may already be settled immigrants and "refugees" that have already received
asylum in countries that they perceive has having less economic opportunities,
or slimmer handout packages or welfare systems, such as Turkey and Eastern Europe.

New survey: 13% of Syrian refugees in Europe support ISIS

Posted by: Ilana Shneider November 11, 2015

As the new Liberal government scrambles to fulfill its election promise of bringing 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada by December 31 (or roughly 6,000 refugees a week), the first-of-its-kind survey of Syrian refugees entering Europe found that 13% support the Islamic State (ISIS).

In the largest public opinion poll ever conducted in the Arab region by the Doha-based Arab Center for Research and Policy Studies which included a sample made up of 600 respondents from Tunisia, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon and Iraq as well as 900 Syrian refugees, the poll revealed that 22% of Syrian refugees viewed Israel as the greatest threat to the security and stability of the Arab region, while only 10% of Syrian refugees viewed Islamic militancy as the greatest threat.

Additionally, 10% of Syrian refugees named the United States to be one of the two biggest beneficiaries of the military campaign against ISIS, while 27% named Israel as one of the two parties who stood to gain the most.

15% of Syrian refugees did not regard ISIS as a direct threat to the security of their home country, and 10% and 16% cited declaration of the Islamic Caliphate and commitment to Islamic principles as the main cause of ISIS strength and support, respectively.

66% of Syrian refugees believe that ISIS was created by foreign actors and 31% of Syrians said they oppose or strongly oppose the military airstrikes against ISIS by the US-led international coalition.

Finally, the survey also found that 13% of the displaced Syrian refugees have a positive or somewhat positive view of the terror group.

The poll should raise alarms about the potential of 13% of incoming refugees either already supporting ISIS or being susceptible to ISIS recruitment. However, to date the Liberals have not provided any details about what, if any, screening mechanisms have been put in place in order to identify potential security risks by bringing 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada in a span of less than 2 months, in spite of serious concerns voiced by immigration lawyers and security experts.

Toronto-based Immigration lawyer Guidy Mamann warned that accepting 25,000 refugees and landing them in Canada before December 31 is a “very, very tall order”. According to Mamann, who has been practicing immigration law for close to 30 years, “something is going to have to be missed in order to do what Prime Minister-designate Justin Trudeau said he is going to do.”

In an interview with Radio Canada International (October 29, 2015), Kyle Matthews of the Canadian Global Affairs Institute said that Trudeau’s promise is going to be very difficult to meet, particularly when it comes to security screening. “The sad reality is that, yes all refugees are civilian, but there could be a few bad apples among the refugee population. So they’re going to have to check everyone’s background and that’s not a process that you could simply enter into a Google search and get the answer”.

Also on October 29, CIJnews reported that Syrian intelligence database seized by the rebel forces clearly demonstrated the severity of the risk embodied in admitting thousands of refugees without proper security checks. One of the databases, obtained by CIJnews, contained detailed information on around 130,000 Syrians, of whom thousands are described as “armed militants” and many others as operatives in rebel groups, including the radical Islamist organizations or involved in violent activities. Names and pictures of alleged Syrian war criminals, taken in Syria as well as several western countries where those alleged criminals found refuge, were posted in a Facebook group called “Criminals, Not Refugees”.

a quick calculation gives:

- 1000 Syrian Immigrants per day brought in by Trudeau
- 15% support ISIS
= about 150 Syrian terrorists / supporters
will be imported into Canada DAILY
by Trudeau and the Liberal sellouts.

Islamic terrorists are not considered Syrian refugees.

Its irrelevant what incompetent "judges" consider people to be.

The point is we have no adequate way of checking for terrorists when they enter Canada.
There is no set of procedures which the Government or CSIS or the RCMP are offering for our inspection
that would convince anyone that they can catch terrorists potential or otherwise as they enter the country.

Liberal ideological fantasies cannot protect Canada from the influx of murderers and criminals
that Trudeau proposes to bring here.

There are undoubtedly angry immigrants pouring into Canada and other countries.

Thank you Mr. Obvious.

But the intentions of Trudeau are good ones.
We don't know the intentions of Trudeau.

In any case, good intentions don't qualify anyone to run a country
or defend Canada's values and way of life.

He is not advocating terrorism.
Not openly.

But if he's incapable of resisting inadvertent support of terrorism,
he disqualifies himself as any kind of competent leader.

You offered an incompetent judgement when you said Trudeau “pledged” to bring 150 ISIS terrorists per DAY into Canada.

He did no such thing.

But you already knew that anyway.

We indeed have “ways of checking.” But they are not foolproof.

Airport security in Israel uses focused, one-on-one questions and they have an excellent track record. People can keep their shoes on.

We are Americans and we tend to be a little stupid when it comes to confronting terrorism. We are marionettes that dance to terror’s tune. If there is a bomb found in a shampoo bottle, then shampoo bottles are banned. If a bomb shows up in a shoe, we take our shoes off. I shake my head in confused disbelief what America will do to passengers after a terrorist explodes a deadly “butt bomb."

Liberal ideological fantasies cannot protect Canada from the influx of murderers and criminals
that Trudeau proposes to bring here.
It was conservative ideology which first profoundly altered the balance of power in the Middle East.

Thank you Mr. Obvious.
Geeze, Louise! There is no reason under Heaven to be sarcastic with me. Why would you make a judgmental comment like this?

In any case, good intentions don't qualify anyone to run a country
or defend Canada's values and way of life.
ALL human behavior has a good intention behind it.

But if he's incapable of resisting inadvertent support of terrorism,
he disqualifies himself as any kind of competent leader.
We should stop and think before we blame others for having terrorist attacks on their nations’ soil.

DUH! - It isn't smart to import terrorists into your country.
It wasn’t smart for the Bush-Cheney gang to ignore the signs from intelligence sources that a massive terrorist attack was being planned on America.

A month before September 11th, Bush was on vacation in Waco "cutting brush" and riding his bike. He was handed a Presidential Daily Briefing that said ”Bin Laden determined to attack in U.S.”

They like to crow that “He kept us safe.” He got onto a high stepladder with a five-iron and hit the wasps’ nest of the Middle East several times and called it “shock and awe.”

But it turned out it was America that was in for a shock.

Thanks, America for making ISIS possible.

They are going to fly them in at about 1000 per day and lodging them on military bases.

I just expected the average U.S. citizen would see how stupid our own government is.
And how stupid the last administration was that caused the mess we face today.

They ignored the truth and then finally dealt with it in an astonishing stupid way.

I would put boots on the ground and realize that this choice will only inflame ISIS and put us at risk for more homegrown attacks.

In other words, keep playing around with the Bush/Cheney doctrine at the same time listening to both John McCain and gang and taking into consideration the generals and politicians who maintain that a nuclear bomb (which is pretty much guaranteed from one side or the other) will result in a cloud of radiation sickness which will be spread out into the entire globe.

I would put boots on the ground in Gaza,

Then nuke the place so its uninhabitable for 100 years.

Canada isn't the only country being overrun by fake "Syrian refugees":

Aid groups admit they can’t track Syrian refugees

By Alex Thomas

(INTELLIHUB) — In the days since the horrific terrorist attack in Paris White House officials have scrambled to assure the American people that incoming Syrian refugees are being thoroughly vetted, despite all evidence to the contrary.
On Tuesday evening, multiple governors took part in a conference call with senior Obama Administration officials to demand that the president give key information on the refugees to authorities in the states that the federal government is about to release them in.
Shockingly, the administration officials refused the request, openly admitting that the White House has no plans to give states information about the incoming refugees, regardless of the obvious security dangers.
“The administration officials, led by McDonough, assured the governors that the vetting process was thorough and that the risks of admitting Syrian refugees could be properly managed. He added that the federal government saw no reason to alter the current method of processing refugees,” Bloomberg Politics reported.

“There was a real sense of frustration from all the governors that there is just a complete lack of transparency and communication coming from the federal government,” said one GOP state official who was on the call.
In true Orwellian fashion, the White House then told reporters that several governors had “expressed their appreciation for the opportunity to better understand the process and have their issues addressed.”
That’s right, numerous state governors are furious that the Obama Administration refuses to give them the information they need to protect their citizens and the response from the White House (after refusing their request) is to claim that the governors expressed “appreciation” for the opportunity to be told no.
According to Bloomberg, the Obama Admin officials who took part in the conference call and refused the request were White House Chief of Staff Denis McDonough, Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas, State Department official Simon Henshaw, FBI official John Giacalone, and the deputy director of the National Counterterrorism Center John Mulligan.
Keep those names in mind if ISIS does strike the United States through Syrian refugees as they (along with Obama himself) would at least be partially responsible.

Refugee in Louisiana goes missing
In a story that totally destroys the notion that the vetting process conducted by the Obama White House is working, a recently released refugee in Louisiana literally went missing after the charity who worked with the federal government to relocate the Syrian admitted that they had no idea where he or she was.
Remember, the White House just denied an urgent request from state governors to provide the very information that would have allowed Louisiana authorities to immediately find the lost refugee.
WBRZ reported in a now viral Facebook post that Catholic Charities, the organization that originally helped the refugee, had no idea where they had gone. A subsequent post about the missing refugee on the Gateway Pundit led to authorities finally being able to frantically track down the refugee.
After the refugee was located, Major Doug Cain of the Louisiana State Police gave the Pundit a quote that confirms, without a doubt, that the White House refusal to give information on incoming refugees to state authorities is severely hampering their ability to protect American citizens.
Louisiana State Police contacted the charity organized that originally resettled the Syrian refugee in Baton Rouge and were told that the individual has been settled with a family out of state. According to the charity, the individual is not missing, but has been resettled outside of Louisiana.
It is unfortunate and potentially dangerous that the federal government will not work with state authorities and we have to hear reports of refugee resettlement from the media.
Governor Jindal has demanded that President Obama give state authorities more information on this program and has directed the State Police and state agencies to use all available measures to prevent the resettlement of refugees in Louisiana.” – Major Doug Cain, Louisiana State Police
Keep in mind that this is an officer who is on the front lines not some snarky liberal mainstream media journalist claiming that the vetting process is adequate.
Who are you going to believe?

Give them free stuff, refuse to track them!
A perfect example of the mindset of President Obama when it comes to dealing with the potentially dangerous refugees was also revealed early this week after a concerned citizen posed as a potential volunteer during a call to one of the charities that is helping relocate the refugees.
The charity organization employee is heard on the call saying, “Every refugee receives a sum of money from the government that’s welcome money. It’s $925 per person — a one-time sum.”
As noted by the American Mirror, almost a thousand dollars in free money is only the beginning of what American taxpayers are being forced to pay for.
“She also rattled off a laundry list of services offered to incoming refugees intended to make them “self-sufficient and independent,” including:

  • Being picked up at the airport
  • Finding and securing an apartment
  • Setting up the apartment “so it’s livable”
  • Providing bus orientation
  • Transporting them to Social Security office to apply for card
  • Helping find employment
  • Eight weeks of English as Second Language (ESL) classes
Now ask yourself. Why would the president of the United States literally refuse to give key information on the refugees to state authorities while at the same time giving the refugees over 900 dollars as well as a plethora of other services?
Why would the president do this when law enforcement officials are PUBLICLY warning that the refusal to share information is putting the American people in harm’s way?

FBI “worried” about Holiday Season
In a report published by the Washington Times, multiple anonymous FBI officials acknowledged that they do not believe that they have enough resources to fully guarantee the ability to stop ISIS from attacking the country.
“With another round of holidays fast approaching in the shadows of last Friday’s Paris attacks, FBI officials on the front lines of the war on terrorism see a new round of threats rising and worry they don’t have all the tools to cope,” according to interviews with The Washington Times.
The Times report goes on to claim that, despite a strong face put on in public, FBI Director James Comey is deeply worried and has attempted to cover up tensions behind the scenes with the White House.
“Bureau officials are deeply worried they don’t have enough resources to track a growing number of radicalized Americans inspired by the Islamic State, with more possibly entering as President Obama opens the borders to thousands of Syrian refugees.”
It doesn’t get any more clear than this. Almost every law enforcement official, from the state to the federal level, is worried about decisions being made by the White House that hinder their ability to protect the country and the president simply does not seem to care.

Was this the plan all along?
As ludicrous as it may sound to some, at this point one has to wonder if the Obama Administration is, for an as of yet unknown reason, purposefully making it more difficult to track the refugees.

Take a good look at who Trudeau has appointed as "Defence Minister" ?!?

And now after Paris Attack, the liberals are quickly trying to put a positive spin
on the mass importation of 25,000 muslims from no one knows where.

A recent POLL of Canadians puts 51% of Canadians AGAINST
allowing 25,000 muslims to come to Canada.

In spite of this, the Liberal government under Trudeau is going ahead with this
dangerous and stupid plan.

Now they are even trying to claim that importing 25,000 muslims
will actually help "FIGHT" ISIS! !!!!?!?!?!?!?

Canada’s Syrian refugee plan sends a message to ISIS, says defence minister

harjit-sajjanjpg.jpg.size.xxlarge.letterbox.jpg

Canadian Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan said Syrian refugees will bring skills that will ultimately be a benefit to Canada.

By: The Canadian Press, Published on Fri Nov 20 2015
HALIFAX—The Liberal government’s plan to resettle thousands of Syrian refugees by the new year is one way that Canada is contributing to the fight against the Islamic State, Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan said Friday.

“This crisis is not just about a humanitarian project,” Sajjan said at the official opening of the International Security Forum in Halifax.

“This also sends a great message to ISIS that you might create this environment for us, but we will not let you take advantage of this. By doing our part for this, we are actually hitting ISIS in a different way as well.”

Sajjan was responding to questions about a new poll suggesting just over half of Canadians didn’t support the plan to resettle 25,000 refugees by the end of this year.

A Forum Research poll found 51 per cent of respondents disagreed with the plan and nearly 60 per cent agreed when asked if there is a security risk to resettling refugees in Canada.

The survey of 909 adults was conducted by interactive voice response Tuesday. Results are considered accurate plus or minus three percentage points, 19 times out of 20.

Sajjan said the federal government will be mindful of the recent terrorist attacks in Paris and Beirut when screening applicants and he said the most vulnerable refugees will be selected for resettlement.
