Trump: Racist Firestorm

maybe we should figure out that no one black person speaks for the whole race any more than one white person speaks for all whites.
That would be the sensible thing to do, but I won't hold my breath waiting for the leftists to come to that realization.
When you ascribe problems or superior qualities to an entire race of people, that, my friend, is what defines racism.
That is what the leftist media does but Trump does not do.
There's a culture of out of wedlock births and drug use in many poor rural white people, but we don't assume that every white person or every poor white person does these things.
We do not have white people telling other white people that they are not "white" enough if they don't portray the poor white trash culture.

But, there is a problem you are not acknowledging.
There is a significant percent of black people that tell other black people that they are not "black" enough if they don't portray a specific black culture that glorifies criminal activities.
This internal stereotyping and peer pressure is holding too many black people back.

Many black people listen to the black people that tell them they are not "black" enough if they don't portray a specific black culture that glorifies criminal activities.

And many white people listen to..."your buddy" David Duke.

It has become the defining behavior of their "race".

I think it's a mistake, and a moral flaw to attribute that kind of thing to any race. David Duke has said that sort of thing, but... well, you know.

Yes, there are blacks who listen to radical black leaders, and there are whites who listen to David Duke. I suppose many believed him when he told them that not voting for Trump was treasonous to their heritage.

But you should know better than to suppose that either is the "defining behavior" of either race.

Donald Trump is now being called a racist, well we know he really is not such a raciest, but he is against poor people, especially immigrants.

It is poor immigrant he dislikes. He believes that poor immigrants will lower the average wealth in the USA.

He does not like cultural differences.
Given that Trump's paternal grandfather and mother both immigrated to America as poor teenage immigrants only makes his "immigration" policy more hypocritical!

Trump has surrounded himself with wealthy, "white" males - to the exclusion of women and visible minorities!

Both groups voted overwhelmingly for the Democrats in the 2018 Interims which resulted in a swing of 40 seats in the House - despite this political "drubbing," Trump has done nothing that would persuade them to change their votes in 2020!

Who??? :idunno:
Most white people have no idea who that is.
Try finding someone that white people actually listen to and like.

I don't do that and you should probably stop doing it yourself.

Are you aware that there is a difference between a race and a culture?

Culture and Race

The term culture refers to ideas, behaviors, beliefs, and traditions shared by a large group of people and transmitted between generations. While cultural differences may also include racial differences, much diversity exists within one culture and within one race. Cultures vary widely in their rules for acceptable and expected behavior as well as in the ways they guide the development of the individual.

Race is genetically determined and refers to one's ancestry.

Ethnicity, which refers to people's common traits, background, and allegiances (developed because of culture or religion), is learned from family, friends, and experiences.

Do you have any proof that Trump's paternal grandfather and mother were here illegally?

Trump has surrounded himself with wealthy, "white" males - to the exclusion of women and visible minorities!

Thomas Sowell: "No Hard Evidence" That Trump Is A Racist

Economist Thomas Sowell told 'FOX & Friends' Thursday that he has not seen "hard evidence" that President Trump is a racist. Sowell also commented on the fascination of socialism with young people. He said people "no longer look at the facts" yet are cheering on Bernie Sanders and his policies.

"I've seen no hard evidence,” Sowell said the racism complaint lobbed at Trump. “And, unfortunately, we’re living in a time where no one expects hard evidence. You just repeat some familiar words and people will react pretty much the way Pavlov’s dog was conditioned to react to certain sounds.”

Why would anyone believe Donald Trump is a racist?

Most white people have no idea who that is.

Actually, more white people know about David Duke than black people know about the black guys you were referring to.

Try finding someone that white people actually listen to and like.

Trump's 67 percent unfavorable rating is nearly as low as the 69 percent of Americans who said they had a negative view of Duke in a February 1992 poll.
https://www.politico.com/blogs/2016...016/04/poll-trump-david-duke-unpopular-221933

That leaves about 30 percent who know them and like them. A small percentage, but it translates to millions of Americans.

GU says:

I don't do that

If so, someone has gotten your log-in and is posting some pretty despicable stuff in your name.

GO remembers something Barbarian taught him:
Are you aware that there is a difference between a race and a culture?

Well done. You remembered.

All humans ultimately have their ancestry in Africa, some more recently than others.

And no, evolution does not say any group of humans is closer to primate ancestors than any others.

Hey there you funny kid! I have much African ancestry and that is why I do best in 80 degree weather. The pigment of skin is just one sign; the true Africans hate the cold. This need for heat does not make me closer to a primate, even though the monkey cage perhaps would suit me temperature wise.

Adaptations for warmer climates mean less resistance to cold. In the hottest climate areas, Africans tend to be slim and tall, with longer limbs. This means more surface area to throw off heat. Inuit are just the opposite, tending to be short and stocky, to retain body heat. It's not just Africans. Indigenous Australians have the same adaptations, as do Some Native Americans.

This need for heat does not make me closer to a primate,

Humans are primates. Specifically, humans, chimpanzees, and bonobos are a genetic clade, with the other anthropoid apes being the outgroup.

even though the monkey cage perhaps would suit me temperature wise.

Depends on the monkey:
