So-called "pro-life" politicians who yammer about wanting to "end " abortion are total hypocrites, because these are the same GOP politicians who have done everything in their power to eliminate government funds to help poor pregnant women, provide them with the pre natal care they need , to eliminate programs to help poor mothers provide decent nutrition for their children and medical care .
These are the kind of disastrous social and economic programs which INCREASE the abortion rate . Ironically, the hated Obamacare
is providing poor women with these things and PREVENTING many abortions . Not to mention making it easier for people to get contraceptives .
Remember - babies are also helpless ONCE BORN .

Planned Parenthood may be an organisation you despise but their basic objective seems to me to suggest management rather than barrenness and in not simply producing unwanted offspring in an already overcrowded and polluted world.
