Today's moderate workout:
Slowly turn menu pages from Pizza Hut.
Order medium, 8 topping pizza, with light on the cheese-I'm in training.
Walk to "Quick Trip" briskly, for a Mountain Dew.
Walk home.
Chew pizza vigorously, while, at the same time, flipping/pressing remote channels, for 222 seconds.
Take a nap.
