Jesus said if sinners don't believe He is the Savior God then they cannot be saved. Might as well say that those Calvinists who don't believe Jesus is God cannot possibly be one of the elect.

Isaiah 43.
10. Ye are my witnesses, saith the Lord, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: and before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me.
11. I, even I, am the Lord; and beside me there is no savior.

Excellent point. Jesus also told sinners who were chosen in Christ before the world began that they needed to be born again if they ever hoped to enter heaven. Calvin may have been smart but he had some very stupid erroneous ideas.

Paul is referring to believers only, the elect in Rom 5:8. Read Rom 8:33-34 to verify who Paul is stating that Christ died for
33 Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth.

34 Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.

Last I checked, "ungodly" refers to ALL people, prior to being saved. Or are you now saying that only the elect are ungodly?

In Mark 3 Jesus said all sins but blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall be forgiven sinners but that blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall never be forgiven. How do 5 point Calvanists explain that truth? Are all sins but one forgiven to those who end up being cast into hell? Are Christians capable of blaspheming against the Holy Ghost and still ushered into heaven?
