Trump has not conceded

If you've got this actual evidence then it would stand up to scrutiny so book yourself a day in court where you can prove how the election was stolen. Never mind your feeble asides about either democrats or republicans, either put up or shut up on the score and go to court on the matter. What are the odds on you not putting your money where your mouth is?
Are you suggesting I should take my evidence to a court known for its God Bless American patriotism or for its slavish subjecting to leftists and leftist causes?

I'm suggestng that if you have this irrefutable evidence as you seem to claim, then take it to court. You haven't, obviously as there isn't any and you're simply just full of embarrassing waffle, a bit like Mike Lindell.

Let me help you get caught up with the times. Leftists have no respect for judges and laws that contradict or oppose leftist goals and policies, and good judges should have no respect for laws that protect and promote voter fraud and political corruption. However, good judges are getting harder to find in our modern society as its majority turns its back on God.

You're so far behind the times this is not even funny. Let me help you instead as you sorely need some. Now, why do you suppose that Trump's lawyers stopped short of directly claiming fraud once in court? Because they thought they weren't going to get a fair run of the dice because of democrats? Um, no. It's because there are repercussions for making false allegations in lieu of support. Perjury is not something that the law of the land takes lightly. It can cost people their livelihoods, their freedom and a great deal of money. Your ignorance where it comes to law and how evidence is weighed is astounding. It isn't a case of 'democrats or republicans', it's about what holds up. If you actually had incontrovertible evidence of widespread fraud then it would hold up. You don't and you know you don't.

If you've got this 'clear proof' then submit it to court then. You'll have managed what Guiliani, Powell & Lindell etc most certainly didn't. You might even avoid a lawsuit...

I can't answer for Trump's lawyers but I can tell you without fear of contradiction that democrats have been committing voter fraud for decades and effectively getting away with it. Hillary assumed she was going to win on the strength of voter fraud but when she failed the democrats doubled down on committing voter fraud to assure Biden would win the election in 2020. Democrats would have also lost the 2020 election if not for banning observers from observing the counting process in democrat precincts, if not for the manipulation of computer voting with strict bans against examining the computers afterwards, if not for the hundreds of late-night ballot dumps for Biden after polls closed on election night, and so forth.

Democrats have been committing voter fraud for decades and mostly getting away with it, so why expect them to convert in 2020, give up the criminal fraud, and upheld honest elections?

Four elections in California, Florida, Indiana, and North Carolina — stolen through absentee-ballot fraud — demonstrate some of the problems.
In 1991, school board elections in Fresno, California, were overturned due to “widespread illegal voting practices that permeated this election — including fraud and tampering” with absentee ballots. A local political organization took over the voter registration and absentee balloting process, completely controlling the application, delivery, completion and return of the absentee ballots of minority voters. Some were pressured to vote for specific candidates. Others had their ballots filled out without their consent or consultation.
Six years later, a court overturned a Miami mayoral election because of massive fraud involving 5,000 absentee ballots. A city commissioner and his chief of staff were among the 55 defendants convicted of fraud. Some voters were bribed for their absentee ballots. Some somehow managed to submit absentee ballots from the grave, as did others who weren’t even Miami residents. And many poor and elderly voters were coerced or had their ballots stolen and voted for them — effectively disenfranchising them. ... (More) ...

Democrats commit voter fraud and then lie about it because they are crooks who hate God and America.

The coronavirus outbreak is wreaking havoc on America’s elections, as evidenced by the fight over Wisconsin’s primary this week.
One proposed solution is moving everyone to voting by mail, but President Trump isn’t a fan. “A lot of people cheat with mail-in voting,” he said last week.
He’s got a point. I’ve done it myself. ...
I called a former Florida secretary of state in 2012 and asked him how was it possible that I was able to do this.
Well, he said, the fact is that they check names of people applying to register to vote against several different databases, but they have no way to check to see whether someone exists.
That’s just one way people can cheat with absentee ballots. There are many more. ...
Also in 2019, a Democratic city clerk in Southfield, Michigan, was arrested and charged with six felonies for falsifying absentee ballot records to say that 193 of the ballots in one election were missing signatures or a return date, when in fact they had both. The correct records were found in the trash can in her office.

Mike Lindell is the gift that keeps on giving. Not only is he being sued for $1.5 billion by Dominion for defamation, it looks like he may also get sued by TruNews for defamation as well:

The Taliban cuts off the heads of its enemies. Democrats sue their enemies, marginalize them, lie about them, hate them, commit violence against them, and file false charges against them, to name just a few tactics they employ.

Rep. Daniel Webster (R-Fla.): "I have no words. Actually, I do this is an extreme power grab."
Rep. Steve Scalise (R-La.): "To be clear: Pelosi is directing police to ARREST vaccinated people who aren't wearing masks. This isn't about science—it's about power and control."
Rep Andy Biggs (R-Ariz.): "This is insanity. Threatening arrest for not wearing a mask is unlawful and tyrannical!"
Rep. Claudia Tenney (R-N.Y.): "Here are the facts, @SpeakerPelosi: 85% of House Members are vaccinated. 70% of the Congressional workforce is vaccinated. Transmission rate on the Hill is .5%. Senate has no mask mandate. Pelosi's political theater is only aimed at distracting from her radical agenda."
Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.): "Authoritarian @SpeakerPelosi strikes again."
Rep. Virginia Foxx (R-N.C.): "You've lost your mind, @SpeakerPelosi. This isn't your House, it's the PEOPLE'S HOUSE."
Rep. Yvette Herrell (R-N.M.): "By order of Nancy Pelosi, Democrats in Congress are using the hardworking men and women of the Capitol Police to enforce their dangerous and politicized mask mandates. Arresting staffers who believe in science is absurd."
Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah): "Speaker Pelosi's draconian behavior isn't even based on credible science. This isn't about our well-being. This is about politics and power."
Rep. Lee Zeldin (R-N.Y.): "This is so out of control. Pelosi is massively drunk on power, obsessed with control, and hypocritical and partisan beyond belief. This isn't just some mask mandate either. The enforcement measures are absurd. *There are now just 27 COVID-19 patients in ALL DC hospitals."
Rep. Fred Keller (R-Pa.): "Meanwhile, Pelosi is silent on the COVID-positive Texas Democrats who came to D.C. and infected others."
Rep. Jerry Carl (R-Ala.): "This is a ridiculous abuse of power by Nancy Pelosi. It's the People's House, NOT Pelosi's House!"
Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.): "In Biden-Pelosi's America the maskless are arrested while the looters, shoplifters, and border crossers go free."
Oversight Committee Republicans: "Vaccinated, law abiding Americans: arrest them. Unvaccinated, illegal border crosses bringing COVID into America's interior: here's a plane ticket."
There were Republican representatives who flagrantly said they would not comply with the mask mandate in the Capitol Building.

Priceless!

:ROFLMAO:
Dominion is safe with democrats in charge. Just like democrats refused to allow any testimony favorable to trump in their fascist Marxist kangaroo impeachment spectacles, democrats will not allow honest investigators to examine the Dominion machines to determine if the machines were corrupted or not.

Independent cybersecurity experts who specialize in voting systems and elections said in January that while voting machines are not designed to be online, many states are putting them on the internet and that is “putting the process at risk.”
“We kept hearing from election officials that voting machines were never on the internet… We found over 35 [voting systems] had been left online and we’re still continuing to find more,” said Keevin Skoglund, a senior technical advisor at the election security advocacy group National Election Defense Coalition.

I can. They weren't prepared to commit perjury in a court of law which is what baseless accusations of fraud would have amounted to. You can repeat the same tired shtick as much as you like, there's no substance to it. Get over it. Trump lost.

Um, 'My Pillow Guy' was accusing a far right network of being 'fake news' & "leftists in disguise". He's a loon. "TruNews" is nuts as well but the comedy/tragedy value of the implosion of lunacy among the far right is something to behold...

I admit that proving voter fraud has become very hard but that does not mean voter fraud does not occur. If democrats had nothing to hide they would not fight investigations into alleged fraud so vehemently as they do. Of course democrats will sue anyone trying to prove they committed the fraud they committed. I would be surprised if they did not fight to protect their crimes.

More than 6,000 dead people are registered to vote in Nassau County and records show about 270 of them actually voted after their deaths, according to a Newsday analysis of voter registration and federal death records.

No matter how many Americans fail to convince the public of the fraud that occurred, no democrats can convince the public that what looks like fraud was not fraud.

https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.gand.240678/gov.uscourts.gand.240678.964.0_1.pdf - court judgment refrains from condemning voting machine flaws due to hesitancy to create chaos in the election system process.
"Thus, although Plaintiffs have put on a strong case indicating they may
prevail on the merits at some future juncture, the Court must exercise real caution
in considering the grant of their request for extraordinary injunctive relief, given
its obligation to follow governing Supreme Court and Eleventh Circuit authority.
Despite the profound issues raised by the Plaintiffs, the Court cannot jump off the
legal edge and potentially trigger major disruption in the legally established state
primary process governing the conduct of elections based on a preliminary
evidentiary record. The capacity of county election systems and poll workers, much
less the Secretary of State’s Office, to turn on a dime and switch to a full-scale handmarked paper ballot system is contradicted by the entire messy electoral record of
the past years. Implementation of such a sudden systemic change under these
circumstances cannot but cause voter confusion and some real measure of electoral
disruption."

Lindell was @marke's source for his claims of widespread voter fraud, even as we told him Lindell was out of his mind. Now, @marke knows Lindell is delusional. I wonder who his new source for election disinformation is now that Lindell is out of the picture?

Wrong again. My source for evidence of voter fraud has been news reports from both sides, and government records. Consider this government record admitting voter fraud in a past election:

9th--The California Secretary of State announced that an
INS analysis of 1,100 persons enrolled in Hermandad citizenship
classes had discovered 490 documented non-citizens who
registered to vote in CA 46. Of these, 303 actually voted
illegally in CA 46, and 69 individuals had no record in INS
files. ...
