You don't want those gems to fade into the misty corners of your memory and they seem so sharp in your mind now but in twenty years you're going to read an entry and be so grateful because you'll be saying "If I hadn't written this down I never would've remembered..."

That's good to hear. I reached that understanding when I asked myself how I'd explain this place to someone who didn't know anything about it and realized how ridiculous it would sound trying to explain why it was so important to me what he or a couple other people said. :chuckle:

My own feelings go beyond just a sod or Eeset feud though; my life is more complicated than dealing with a couple trolls on the internet and all of it plays into my indecision about being here - and in what way or to what extent. I'll figure it out one of these days I guess.

And yeah, the tappa talk... hilarious. I've known about them for months - don't know why they're there but Prisca's account was like that for a long time, stuck on "private messaging" and I finally asked Knight about it. He said she probably just left it there and I asked why she didn't time out after 37 minutes (which is the current number, used to be an hour and don't ask me why I know these things) but it still didn't make any sense and I'm sure admin knows about them, how could they not?

So what's it like having an ex who stands outside your house and curses you? I know you're dying to tell me.

I know. On the lighthearted front, I'd say I'm tired of being a stand-in for you.

On the less light-hearted, you're doing the right thing in ignoring him, don't worry for us, we know you care but we'll be okay, and I'm sorry about the photo. That's the worst thing they can do and for the record I can't stand Jefferson's avatar. It demeans the poor little soul that's being used in that fashion and desensitizes people who see it all the time and are no longer shocked so the idea backfires completely. So sorry about your son. I feel for you.

You know, I can't help myself, I do enjoy lambasting those whose single neuronal connection focuses on their own superiority. For me the use of descriptive adjectives is very fulfilling. And you are no slouch yourself!
