Jesus said we could tell the false prophets by their fruit, (Matt 7:16), so if he commits a sin, we will know.

So your refraining from sin, (murder), has more to do with the laws of the area you are in than love of God...or the fear of God? Helping the needy is a sign that one loves their neighbor as they love themselves, which was one of the two "Laws" Jesus said all the Law of Moses and the prophets...

Were not all the apostles "sent forth" ? As Barnabas worked with Paul, and was called an apostle in Acts 14:14, it is pointless for you to argue against it.
