The wicked die the second death. Christ's people don't die. The body may die for a team but the person never dies.
1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 NKJV - 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.

And yet Jesus died.

His body died. He was dead but liveth forever and ever. I think people are either dense or purposely playing semantics. Obviously we know the body dies. That's death. Then there is the second death which is the lake of fire. The second death is what we can be saved from. The first death isn't permanent but the second death is. Anyone who understands the bible knows this so I'm not playing semantics.

Jesus did not sin. Did He need to be saved? If so, for what?

Jesus was made sin for us.

For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
(2 Corinthians 5:21 NKJV)

And now we in him become the righteousness of God.

That is the right verse.

He took away the sin of the world.

Not all are righteous. And by what standard is a person righteous or by what standard does a person become righteous or by what standard is a person made righteous (before God)?

If you die without Christ, you will die the second death. Its what we should be concerned about

You don't know what you are talking about.

But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. (Revelation 20:5 NKJV)

Forget about the second death, it's not for you.

Are you suggesting that if a nonbelievers dies that they don't necessarily go to the lake of fire?
