she doesn't approve of same sex marriage

I don't either

Goody gumdrops for both of you. That is no excuse for a person to violate the law or refuse to perform ALL the required duties of their job.

Those people] It is unjust to not issue licenses to people who have a legal right to them.

Are you a Sodomite (heterosexual [Lev. 20:10–12] or homosexual [Lev. 20:10,13)? :smokie:

For all of you that support Kim Davis breaking the law.... I assume you have no problem with illegal immigrants breaking the law too, right?

Or is breaking laws only ok if you personally disagree with the law being broken?

So basically your attempt at reasoning goes something like this:

It was perfectly legal for non-citizens to enter the country without documentation and seek employment and to get all of the benefits afforded US citizens, and then a activist Judge ruled (without any legislative support) that those people are illegally here.

Work on your analogies.

Kim Davis has the Constitution from the State of Kentucky on her side, a legal document that supports her stance.

"aCultureWarrior" conveniently ignores the fact that the American Constitution "trumps'' the Constitution for the State of Kentucky and its the Supreme Court, not Ms Davis, that has the final authority when it comes to its interpretation.

Close. People entered this country and then declared the people already here illegal and moved them to the desert.
