Indeed they do. Israel was to be the "priest nation" to the gentiles. These verses deal with the duties of the Priesthood.
Exod 19:5-6 (AKJV/PCE)
(19:5) Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth [is] mine: (19:6) And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These [are] the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
A claim without support.Though not what New Testament baptism represents it has certain similarities.
Stop making vague and unsupported CLAIMS and start making ARGUMENTS instead.
So you have to ADD water to that passage.Romans 6:1 What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? 2 God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein? 3 Know you not, that so many of us as were baptized [in water] into Jesus Christ were baptized into his death? 4 Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
STOP PERVERTING THE WORD OF GOD!!!
More unsupported CLAIMS.... come on Dave, you have to do better! All the Mosaic Laws concerning the Priesthood and sacrifices were made null and void by Christ, not the Ten Commandments and moral law.
P.S. Note that we are NOT "baptized into His DEATH" by getting WET!
Here is how we do it:
1Cor 12:13 (AKJV/PCE)
(12:13) For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether [we be] Jews or Gentiles, whether [we be] bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
