Well....They had F-15's too right?

In total, more than 150 officers were injured in the attack: 86 Capitol Police officers reported injuries, the sources said, along with 65 members of the Metropolitan Police Department, Chief Robert Contee testified in January.

Violence that day left officers with head wounds, cracked ribs and smashed spinal disks, according to Capitol Police Labor Committee Chairman Gus Papathanasiou.

Officer Mike Fanone, a D.C. Metropolitan police officer, penned a letter in May about his ongoing trauma after he was pulled into a crowd, beaten and repeatedly Tased on January 6. Prosecutors have said that as a result of being attacked in the crowd, Fanone lost consciousness and was subsequently hospitalized for his injuries.

But "Back the Blue" right?

Ted Cruz almost nuked AOC!!!
She's so stunning and brave. 😐

I can picture her now standing firm against the attack of the deplorable coup...Exposed to the slings and arrows of outrageous Trumpers she protects us all from her third story office several blocks away. :sneaky:

Former Vice President Mike Pence is hitting the speaking circuit once again less than a year after leaving office, but his reception has been lukewarm at best - and furious at worst. 'There are some Trump supporters who think he's the Antichrist,' an Iowa GOP official told Politico...

I thought Trump and Pence were supposed to be a team! But then Pence betrayed Trump...according to Trump's worshippers. Actually, the reverse is true: Trump betrayed Pence--but nobody cares about that.
How did Trump betray Pence?

How did Trump betray Pence?
Trump got the MAGAts to believing that Pence was the last line of defense against Biden becoming president, but instead of rejecting the election result, Pence certified it. As a consequence, the MAGAt Capitol rioters wanted to murder him and Pence is now the scapegoat and a pariah among many in the MAGAt community.

The truth is that Biden legitimately won and Pence did the only thing he could do under the Constitution, which was to certify the election. So the real betrayal here was committed by Trump.

Please provide a quote from Trump, either in a speech or an interview, where he said this.
'If Mike Pence does the right thing, we win the election,' Trump said. 'All Vice President Pence has to do is send it back to the states to recertify and we become president,' Trump claimed, which is false.
