Politics is about mass-control of people, so that's why communism has had it's successes, fascism the same. I honestly believe that if you ARE into politics, socialism is perhaps the best process as it protects the workers and family.

That aside, my old Church would decline from voting at all as NOTHING ANYWHERE EVER fits the bill. Plain fact. I don't go to that church any more and I do vote, but in many respects I think they have a valid point. What I dislike is tub-thumping right-wing bigotry.

As far as the list of questions is concerned, to answer them is to fall into a very simplistic and flawed trap. The ultimate thing for me to do is smile politely and advise you that WHATEVER the world system or political climate you live in, you are embroiling yourself in the ways of the world if you get into politics and we all know the warnings that relate to the world as opposed to heavenly matters don't we!

I'm saying we, but I've got different viewpoints entirely to you guys it seems. I didn't set out to have a row, but your worldliness and your desire to get involved in such matters provides you with a very stubborn and self-righteous streak. Nothing is black and white.

See? Easy. I can even back these assertions with Scripture to show that they aren't just my opinions, they are God's. But somehow I doubt you'd be interested.

You should seek out what God believes about these matters and conform your views to His.
So to tell our neighbors that it's wrong to slaughter unborn children is a bad thing because it's "political"? Is that what you're saying?
