Cherry picked or just chose one of the biggest examples of fraud? There were more examples as well. Trump claimed his 10,000sf apartment in New York was 30,000sf. There are also inflated valuations of various office buildings and golf courses. (Reuters)Check this out:

Did you read the article? Did you understand it? Do you understand that the prosecutors' lowballing assessment of the value of the property is indefensible when compared to other similar properties in the same neighborhood?

If that were the only example there may be an argument. But it is not the only example of the Trump organization falsely inflating the values of certain properties. For Mar-a Lago, the county assessor puts the value at someplace between 18M$ and 27.5M$. The NYP claims that it would go on the market for 300M$, which is about the highest valuation I could find. Trump claims it is worth 600M$. That certainly seems an unreasonably large valuation by Trump in either case.
Its true value can only be determined at the time of sale. It is only worth what a buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to accept.

Of course. However they have to work with estimates. Do you understand why the $18 million estimate by the judge is ludicrous?

The guy knew he was in trouble on election night itself. Only a few hours in he got up on stage and claimed victory like only a narcissistic clown could have done. He was never gonna give way and aid a peaceful transition of power but sadly enough there's been addle brained dupes who bought into each and every clam of fraud. Even years down the line there's still those who buy into it all. It's a circus.
