On his website, Hersh, citing sources, claimed, "The Ukrainian president and many in his entourage have been skimming untold millions from the American dollars earmarked for diesel fuel payments. One estimate by analysts from the Central Intelligence Agency put the embezzled funds at USD 400 million last year, at least."

You win wars by making the other guys die for their country. On that mark, we are way ahead of the Russians rn and let's keep it up. Some non-trivial number of Russians have given their lives for their country during this conflict, and I think the number of American lives lost stands at zero, so let's keep that going. It's like revenge for Vietnam right here, where it was the opposite situation.
