What Newt Gingrich said

I've written my senators but pretty much get platitudes and PC politeness that doesn't know the issues.

It was an answer to a year prayer to finally see a headliner link at Fox that sharia-followers, not Muslims, should be deported. Of course, most are Muslims, but the point has been made that must be made.

Fascinating that you would fall for the race card first and then the theology card. Obviously, if you know American civics, you know that the answer is that the person who subscribes to sharia (theocracy) must leave.

Historic American pluralism prohibits it. It is treason against the constitution. You may think as you want, but sharia is about doing things against the will of others. Besides merging state and religion. It's not complicated.
The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution reads:

No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.

Given their 5th Amendment Rights, just how can government force American Moslems to declare their religious affiliations or their opinion on sharia law?

Does Trump and his "motley crew" of supporters, in their wildest imaginations, really expect that they could get the Supreme Court to suspend the 5th Amendment to implement their deportation policies?

I must have missed your answer to my original question in your post. Here it is again:

Just exactly how would that (deporting all Muslims) work? Would Neutered Gingrich have government authorities pull aside people of Arab descent and ask their views on Sharia Law? How about those that are Caucasian who are practicing Muslims?

You do realize that if American citizens who practice the Muslim religion can be denied their 1st Amendment Constitutional rights, that American citizens who practice the Christian religion could as well?

There are ways to deal with radical Islam, Donald Trump and Neutered Gingrich don't have the answers.
