  • Did Jesus give us power to use what we have learned or just the ability to realize we can ask and receive knowledge?
Your avatar makes me think of you as one of those people who somehow use more than 10% of their brain :) . I like that avatar, it's like you're saying that you're always deep in thought.
I'll give it some thought. I think most of the good ones have been deleted in various purges but I'll go through yours and mine and see if anything catches my eye.

So many purges, sometimes I think this website is a teenager :chuckle: .
Yes, this is the right translation. It's not the first time I get mistranslation.
As you may know from the Kaballah studies that you took every name is another form of performance of G-d to the creation. In that particular name G-d reveals itself as comforting and redeemer G-d.
My first language is Hebrew. I use a lot of Word and Google translate.
I meant that we can continue talk with these messages.
Thank you so much for your comments, support and continuing friendliness.
I do think that guy is some kind of troll or ghost-account.
But we have to take people as they present themselves.

I do care about him, because I'd like to see that
he learned more than just bitterness from his unfortunate experiences,
which sound very much like they were ultimately brought on by himself.

And we are only going by his own word here.

Peace to you, for your openness to considering
the opinions of so many people that are quite diverse
    from your own viewpoints. Respect

Hey, freelight! I've been focused more on political issues lately and I suppose that is why we've been out of touch with one another. I do always appreciate your postings and demeanor, possibly more so than of anyone on this board. I will always with you well! :e4e:
Hate is a very twisting emotion, kind of like fear. Sure, we all experience something that scares us from time to time but I worry about people who base their lives on hate and fear. I agree with you my friend, love is best. It's easy and a natural state of being, in my eyes. It takes far more effort to be hateful and it sows terrible seeds.
Nah, I don't have any on ignore but I often think about putting some people, like Nick on it. There is no sense to the majority of someone's posts being hateful.
Hello, freelight, thank you for the kind reps! I nominated you as TOL's most pleasant person :).
Dame Shirley Bassey's powerful voice when she sings "Goldfinger" sends chills up my spine (in a good way). She sets the standard that nobody else has yet met.
