or don't watch and just read the article, either way you're always right
I did and where it was slowed down, he never kicked the phone. And either way, you will lie, you do it all the time.

CNN slows it down for you.

Forensics supported the cops account.
By the way, in the video you can clearly see he doesn't kick the cell phone, he grabs it with his hand and tosses it. Not that it matters either way.

you are a liar now.

Does it matter if the phone was kicked or thrown?
What about the fact that the head shot was a close-up shot and all the others were from "intermediate distance"? My take on that is that the head shot was the last shot. Think about it.
The report made no mention of the kid's knuckles being bruised or of any blood on the kid's fists. Wonder why?

So, PJ can dish it out but he can't take it. This is getting so old. He reports A4T for saying he lies and calls A4T a liar with his next breath. She posts where the video clearly shows the cop did not "kick" the phone. But, of course, PJ, is above the law. He can say whatever he wants but no one else is allowed to. What a baby!
That is disturbing, about the shot trajectories. I was simply pointing out the phone thing because he did either kick or throw it, that may have pushed the kid over the edge that he was already on apparently. You know how kids love their phones.
Actually, when I saw the video the first time that's exactly what I thought--Oh oh, the kid's phone was taken from him. There's gonna be trouble.
In the end, my opinion is the kid made some dumb decisions, but the cop made worse decisions. Now knowing more of the back stories of both of them and the shots going downward, I stick with my first impressions. copper had a tude
Agreed. The cop:
1.) went into the incident with a bad attitude.
2.) Incorrectly (and with paranoia) assumed the kid had called his militia buddies.
3.) Incorrectly used the taser gun by firing it too close to the kid.
4.) Didn't knee the kid in the back and cuff him when he had him face down.
5.) Embarrassingly got beat up by a juvenile.
6.) Had his gun jam.
7.) Shot the kid seven times, apparently the last one from very close range in the head.
Like you said earlier, pretty much "how not to conduct a traffic stop."
It's what the county prosecutor's report said.I mean . . . Really ? Militia ?
It was as harsh as a kick, instead he should have set the phone down or tell the kid to, while continuing to subdue him.
