17 Year Old Shot And Killed By Cop

Of course they are blinding - they is why you have to dip the beams when there is approaching traffic.

Golly, then why am I not blinded when people go by without bothering to dim them? I've seen car after car flashing someone....ten or twelve cars in a row before the guy finally dims. Was it just a miracle that no one was blinded and drove off the road? :kookoo:

Nevertheless, if the officer knew about the malfunction and did not correct it, but continued driving that same vehicle, especially at NIGHT?! that alone is cause for him to be culpable, above and beyond any involvement with the 17 yr old.

Again, your evidence? I do note you now have changed your story from " he had his lights on bright, and knew it, and that he knew he was trying to start something" to now IF he had them that way (since you have no evidence for your thoughts) and that they now are malfunctioning and perhaps he knew it...

And you think he should be charged with no evidence other than your opinion without facts?

Very good, youre right, you dont know any of it "for sure" yet you are demanding this officer fired and brought up on charges?

yes.

if he was aware of his malfunctioning headlights, which was the entire catalyst in ALL of this, including the senseless death of this 17 yr old.

No, the catalyst in all of this, is that the young man went out deliberately without his license and registration, bent on recording a police officer in order to post his encounter on the internet.

He willfully violated the law in both doing so on drugs and refusing to provide required license and registration and since he refused, he was being arrested which he then resisted, and assaulted the officer, which resulted in the end of his life.

The senselessness happened on the part of the kid. Those are the facts. Your conjecture, is irrelevant.

Is English your second language? Or are you just bone headed?

Where did you read that?

Nothing wrong with conjecture or wondering about what happened.

I tend to do that when there's a 17 yr old shot dead by a police officer or anyone else.

Nevertheless, it's a tragedy that this 17 yr old is dead.

Where did you read that?

In actual news articles about it all.

Nothing wrong with conjecture or wondering about what happened.

There is when you want someone fired and brought up on charges based on nothing but conjecture without any facts to support your conjecture.

I tend to do that when there's a 17 yr old shot dead by a police officer or anyone else.

You tend to want people in jail without evidence?

Nevertheless, it's a tragedy that this 17 yr old is dead.

yes, its a tragedy that could have been easily prevented if the kid just handed him license and registration which is the law for all drivers. Or better yet, dont get in the car while you are high on drugs, which you arent suppose to be doing anyway.

You ever get the feeling we're talking to a bunch of little kids? ;)

No, but I know for a fact they have plenty of liberals over there, too.

What we do have is a religious left instead of a religious right, and they get political power. (yes, the church goers mostly draw liberal politics from the Bible)

The Bible doesn't change just because it's on the other side of other side of the pond. So your "explanation" is simply not believable.

Fair enough. I haven't read extensively on an details of the events that happened and what precipitated them.

From what i DID read, the officer was a danger to this kid from the gitgo.

But to be fair, i will read more extensively on the details.

You mean the very slanted first person account from the op (when its not even possible for them to have a first person account, because the person in question is dead and couldn't be interviewed)

Either that, or you cannot separate your political views from your biblical interpretation. Most people can. Can't you?
