Does man naturally have ability to Seek God ?

Man doesnt seek God naturally. Rom 3:11 not the True God !
Calvinists believe God created humans hopelessly sinful and depraved so He could burn them in hell forever to appease His wrath. However, Calvinists also believe God chose to spare Calvinists so they would praise Him forever for burning billions of people alive in eternal hell for acting like depraved sinners.

You are right and wrong. Scripture says man does not by nature seek after God and yet the Bible gives us examples of lost men seeking God. God has commanded all men to seek Him, not because they cannot but because they can. But a sinner must obey God's command to seek His face while He may be found or the sinner may lose his opportunity to find Him.

Hosea 5:6
They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the Lord; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them.

Isaiah 55:6
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

Lost men have sought the Lord and have not found Him. Try incorporating an understanding of the whole Bible when attempting to interpret single verses. There is no verse in the Bible that claims no lost person can seek the Lord because the Bible tells us that lost people have sought the Lord.

Hosea 5:6
They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the Lord; but they shall not find him; he hath withdrawn himself from them.

Isaiah 55:6
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:

But scripture says it.

Scripture says more than just Romans 3:11. When are you going to realize that putting blinders on your eyes so that you can only read one verse at a time isn't a good way of studying it?

Never said there was anything that did.

Man CAN respond to God's calling, despite him being dead.
According to Rom 3:11 is there anyone who seeks after God, the True God now, not the god of mans darkened mind and understanding. You realize Paul is talking about the one and only True God

So does the "none" in Romans 3:11 include those who ARE called by God? John 6:44

Because last I checked, both verses are true.

None means how many sir ?

So God calls, and no one responds?

What's the point of God calling if no one responds?

And wouldn't that invalidate John 6:44?

Because as it says:

No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day. - John 6:44 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John6:44&version=NKJV

And as 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 says:

But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,to which He called you by our gospel, for the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ. - 2 Thessalonians 2:13-14 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=2Thessalonians2:13-14&version=NKJV

Via Romans 10:9-15:

that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.”For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him.For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, Who bring glad tidings of good things!” - Romans 10:9-15 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Romans10:9-15&version=NKJV

Someone is sent to preach the gospel, which is a means God uses to call to the lost, because the lost do not seek Him. The gospel is preached to the lost. The lost hear it, they either believe it, or they don't. Those that do believe call upon Him and are saved through Christ's DBR.

You not making sense to me by such comments:
So God calls, and no one responds?

My point is that naturally man doesnt seek after God Rom 3:11

11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. Man by nature is dead under sin Rom 3:9

9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin;
