I like both. I am currently thinking about getting a cat - maybe a maine coon, rag doll, or peterbald.

The Labrador Retriever makes a great pet. Besides being the preeminate gun and seeing eye dog. They are loads of fun, and smart.

And the market is flooded, so you don't have to pay ridiculous money for an animal.

Dogs, for sure... Unless you have land and a rodent problem. Outside cats can serve a purpose.
