It's not the greatest comedy ever made (obviously), but I have never in my life laughed so hard for so long (til I was red-faced and in literal pain) as I did when I saw Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie, in a little art-house theater with my best friend. I had heard of the show but never seen it.

I walked out of there hurting. It was a good hurt.

It's a Mad Mad Mad Mad World

Also:

Swing Your Lady, (1938) starring Humphrey Bogart. Last time I checked, it has never been available for sale on video/CD, but I have seen it on TV. Very rarely shown.

Bogart said this was the most embarassingly bad movie he ever made, and didn't like to talk about it. Frankly, my family and I thought it was hilarious! It is low-budget and very goofy. It also starred real-life wrestler-turned-actor Nat Pendleton as an (of course) professional wrestler. And a cameo appearance near the end of the film by not-yet-famous Ronald Reagan, in one of his very earliest roles! If you see this in the TV guide, don't miss it! It's a mostly-forgotten gem.
