You would foist a constitution on countries that contains allowances for pornography, homo-marriage, killing the unborn, and drug usage?
Didn't I say "those who want to join the Union?" What part of that sounds like "foist" to you?

You are right.
I should have said..."present the opportunity to join".
So, with that correction being made, would you present the opportunity to join a nation with a constitution that contains allowances for pornography, homo-marriage, killing the unborn, and drug usage?

Well, in @Hoping's defense, you did seem to be speaking somewhat in terms of universality:

We need to envelop the whole Earth in America.

Among other countries of the world, would the sovereign state of Vatican City really be up for being "enveloped in" America?

Yes. Except I'm not agreeing with your hypothetical, I'm talking specifically about the United States Constitution and you can describe that constitution however it makes you feel safe to describe it.

It's a goal. There's nothing wrong with a goal requiring volunteerism to achieve it.

It depends on the pope. Right now the popes deal with other nations like how all the other nations deal with each other, as sovereign states with official heads of state. The pope is the head of state of the Vatican nation-state. If the United States Constitution is just, then I don't know that any pope has a clear moral mandate to not join the Union. But like I said the pope's the head of state and it depends on the pope. It's up to him.

Safe?
It is just men's words.
There is a better form of government by God the almighty.

We don't agree what is a biblical, Apostolic, Christian, regime, constitution or politics.
Isn't your God above all that?
Doesn't He make His will known to you?
If His will is countered by politics or regime, who takes precedent?
God does.

 Dude. That's why my answer's the United States of America Constitution. God loves justice. Our constitution loves justice, more than any other regime in the history of the world, and it's only gotten stronger and never weaker. Sometimes it oversteps, but there are enough protections in it that it can never overstep in catastrophic ways, like it has in many other countries all throughout history, but even especially in some cases within just the last 100 years. The United States of America Constitution protects and defends and attempts to secure (with big guns) justice, and God loves justice.

The USA Constitution seems very nice, but it does not even work here in the USA.
The only true answer is the return of Christ and the removal of all unbelievers.
