lain: Relax...They didn't ban anything...They just refused to listen to a challenge to a local ban. I'd be willing to bet that, given the present climate, they were afraid of the ruling they may come up with if they did choose to hear it.

'The military' is not some robot. It comprises of citizens whom many wouldn't stand for going against countrymen.
Soldiers would be split. This is exactly what happened with the Civil War, why would it be different now?
Liberals have become so leaned toward government that they tend to think of it and society being two completely different entities. They are not- we live in a constitutional republic.

I predict it would be a totally different type of war. Sure, soldiers might be split but there are a bunch of other things to be afraid of. Needless to say, an AR-15 is no real match for a drone.
