Once saved NOT necessarily always saved.

Oops, man is born in a fallen sinful state. If not, why is there a need for a savior?

Narrow is the way leading to life.

Let's say that is a "one" on a dice.
All other options represent the broad way.

Throw the dice. More often than not by sheer chance, man exercising free will does wrong. And God designed it so.

And God designed it with the cure - which is Jesus.

I don't believe in the "fallen state" of man and that we are inherently wicked as the first letter I believe stands for.

Do you believe the Hebrew Bible?

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked, who can know it? (Jeremiah 17:9 NKJV)

Or how about the NT?

Paul said, "Because the carnal mind is enmity against God for it is not subject to the law of God nor indeed can be." (Romans 8:7 NKJV)

Imagine saying to a baby "You desperately wicked and carnal thing you, deceitful and at enmity with God".

No. A baby is born like Adam and Eve before "the fall". The baby will in due course "fall" just like Adam and lose its innocence, and like Adam and Eve, learn to be deceitful. It learns that from watching its parents.

But babies are innocent and sweet.

Would you like to retract your statement?

Romans 3:23 New King James Version (NKJV)

2 Timothy 3:16 New King James Version (NKJV)

16 All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness,

Not on the scriptures you gave, I wouldn't.

"For all have sinned..." because the dice is so loaded against man not sinning. It's in the maths, not the DNA.

After being forgiven by God, we saw in the Word of God that if you do not forgive your brother; then your father in heaven will not forgive you. Does this sound like unconditional eternal security?
14 Now that you are obedient children of God do not live as you did in the past. You did not understand, so you did the evil things you wanted. 15 But be holy in all you do, just as God, the One who called you, is holy. 16 It is written in the Scriptures: “You must be holy, because I am holy.” 1 pet 1
This epistle was written to the saints: To God’s chosen people verse 1 Why do we have to be holy if we can not loses our salvation?
Salvation is not a confession, but salvation is a walk.

[8]If all these things are in you and are growing, they will help you to be useful and productive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 But anyone who does not have these things cannot see clearly. He is blind and has forgotten that he was made clean from his past sins. 2 pet 1
We are to be growing according to Peter in our faith. Lets look at the next verse:
10 My brothers and sisters, try hard to be certain that you really are called and chosen by God. If you do all these things, you will never fall.
Does this sound like OSAS? OSAS is a tradition that does not lead you to godliness.
These things only bring arguments; they do not help God’s work, which is done in faith. 5 The purpose of this command is for people to have love, a love that comes from a pure heart 1 tim 1
The goal of our instruction is to have love from a pure heart.
a love that comes from a pure heart and a good conscience and a true faith. 6 Some people have missed these things and turned to useless talk. 7 They want to be teachers of the law, but they do not understand either what they are talking about or what they are sure about. 1 tim
Did not Jesus said that false prophets would arise in the last days to deceive many?
1 tim 4 Now the Holy Spirit clearly says that in the later times some people will stop believing the faith. They will follow spirits that lie and teachings of demons. 2 Such teachings come from the false words of liars whose consciences are destroyed as if by a hot iron.

My objection to MAD is this...

Matthew 5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

MAD just seems to be a variation on the theme of explaining AWAY the Bible.
Let's make parts of the NT irrelevant. For instance nobody from the MAD perspective has yet been able to explain Luke 8:6.

Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John were written and pertain to the House
of Israel, not the Body of Christ. That's why you're confused.
